I once went to a super powerful meditation retreat for a week, and had a massive heart opening experience of love that words cannot described. "I gifted to myself for my birthday, a session with River. My session ended leaving me feeling hopeful, lighter and inspired.

I felt a deep connection to this human, who truly was, in that moment, my sheperd to greener forests. "I came to River with a current situation that I was dealing with and she suggested we did deeper to see where else this shows up.
I think its important to add my current life situation is much improved and on the surface I am happy and thriving. However, I was unconsciously still stuck in the keep you head down mentality. This was something River helped me discover and moved during our session. She filled me back up with love that my broken down self received, the view of what my life is now and so much more that had me shed tears to see how far I have come. The healing, loving kind of tears.

I walked away from the session feeling healed on a deeper level and to my surprise was able to do things that I had previously been avoiding with ease. His stuff still sitting in the garage that I was too sacred to take to his storage unit – I packed in my car and dropped it off without a moments hesitation. Previously that pile had been plauging me for months on end. The metal anguish and mass of energy it required to align myself to the task was too much. But somehow I just did it. To most people this may sound ridiculous, and objectively it is. Just drop off the stuff be done, but when you have been in a pattern of fear this task become insurmountable.
